Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Le Mans Centenaire Edition

Porsche 911 (992)

Porsche participated the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the first time in 1951. Since than Porsche cars have achieved a total of 19 overall victories and 110 class wins. To celebrate the centenary of Le Mans race, Porsche unveiled a special edition, the Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Le Mans Centenaire Edition in 2023.

Inspired by Two Porsche Legends

Porsche 911 Carrera GTS Le Mans Centenaire Edition is inspired by two Le Mans stars; Porsche 356 SL (1951) and Porsche 911 GT1 (1998). The exterior colour is the same as in 356 SL, while the shade of the rims is borrowed from the GT1. The side windows in the rear come with decorative a decor which creates the impression of air outlets.

Special exterior details also include the 24h Le Mans logo on the rear lid grille, lettering on the B-pillar, a badge with the Le Mans racetrack and a “Born in Le Mans, Manufactured in Zuffenhausen” decal on the rear. And like the Porsche’s first Le Mans car, the special model features the same “46” race number.

Racing Blue Interior

The Graphite Blue leather interior is inspired by the historic racing car. The GT sports steering wheel is also finished in Graphite Blue leather. Elegant accents are set by the contrasting colour Cayon. In addition, red seat belts are reminiscent of the GT1. Other interior details include the Le Mans racetrack embossed on the centre armrest, the 24h Le Mans logo on the headrests and the model lettering on the door sill trims.

Technically the car is based on the Porsche 911 (992.1) Carrera GTS. It is powered by a turbocharged six-cylinder boxer engine delivering 353 kW (480 hp), which can be paired with a 7-speed manual or an 8-speed PDK transmission.
