3.6-Litre Engine

The engine in the 2025 Porsche 911 Targa 4 GTS is a new 3.6-litre turbocharged boxer engine with the electric turbocharger. The electric motor significantly shortens the time which the turbo needs spool up, which improves the responsiveness of the engine.

PDK Transmission

GTS has a new PDK transmission developed for the T-Hybrid system. It is based on the older PDK gearbox but has been updated in many ways. For example the clutches, gear sets and bevel-gear drive are upgraded to cope with the significant increase in system torque.

Hybrid Power

The 3.6-litre engine delivers 357 kW (485 PS). In total, the T-Hybrid system delivers 398 kW (541 PS) and 610 Nm of torque.

PASM Suspension

The GTS comes as standard with the PASM sports suspension with a 10 mm lowering. GTS features firmer springs, specially tuned dampers and GTS-specific anti-roll bars. The rear springs are equipped with helper springs. They keep the main springs under tension during rebound, which provides increased contact with the road.

Optional PDCC System

Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) roll stabilisation system is available as an option. It minimises the lateral inclination of the sports car when cornering and reduces lateral swaying on undulating surfaces and when changing direction quickly.

Rear-Axle Steering

Rear-axle steering is standard in the GTS. It improves car’s agility at lower speeds and stability at higher speeds. when the driving speed is above 80 km/h, the rear wheels steer in the same direction as the front wheels. And when the driving speed is below 50 km/h, the rear wheels steer in the opposite direction to the front wheels.

Carrera GTS Wheels

GTS models come with newly designed centre-lock Carrera GTS wheels in Anthracite Grey. The tyre sizes are 245/35 ZR20 at the front and 315/30 ZR21 at the rear.

High-Performance Brakes

Fast car needs to stop just as fast. To make this happen, at the front axle there are 6-piston brake callipers with 408 mm brake discs and at the rear 4-piston callipers with 380 mm brake discs.

Optional PCCB System

Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) system is available as an option. It features 10-piston callipers with 420 mm discs at the front axle. At the rear axle, there are 410 mm brake discs.

How Fast Is It?
