3.0-Litre Engine
The 3.0-litre six-cylinder twin-turbo boxer engine of the 911 Carrera Cabriolet has been extensively revamped. The charge-air cooler is carried over from the previous-generation 911 Turbo models. In the 911 Carrera, it is located centrally above the boxer engine.
New Turbochargers
The twin-turbo engine features new turbochargers, which have been carried over from the previous-generation 911 GTS. Their improved efficiency enabled an increase in power output while also reducing emissions. It delivers maximum power output of 290 kW (394 PS).
More Than Enough Torque
The lightweight unit builds up power quickly and in a linear fashion. It produces 300 Nm of torque already at 1,500 rpm. And when the rev counter passes the 2,000 rpm mark, the maximum torque of 450 Nm is available. The power is delivers to the rear wheels through Porsche’s eight-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission.
Porsche Active Suspension Management
The 911 Carrera Cabriolet is equipped with a steel suspension and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard. The electronically controlled damping system features two manually selectable driving modes (Normal and Sport).
Roof Opens in 12 Seconds
Thanks to the lightweight hydraulic roof drive, the soft top of the 911 Carrera Cabriolet can be opened or closed in around 12 seconds at speeds up to 50 km/h.
Electrically Operated Wind Deflector
The integrated and electrically operated wind deflector ensures increased comfort in the 911 Carrera Cabriolet at higher speeds.
Four Soft Top Colours
Porsche offers four solid colour variants for the soft top, and a black roof with grey stripes that extend lengthwise, including onto the hood and luggage compartment lid, is also available for the Cabriolet.
Braking Power
The 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet received a larger brake system. On the front axle, there are six-piston callipers with 350 mm brake discs. At the rear axle, the braking power is guaranteed by four-piston callipers with 350 mm brake discs.
19/20″ Wheels
As standard, the 911 Carrera Cabriolet is equipped with 19″ front and 20″ rear wheels. The tyres sizes are 235/40 ZR 19 at the front and 295/35 ZR 20 at the rear.
How Fast is It?
the 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds and to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. With the Sport Plus mode the sprint to 60 mph takes just 3.9 seconds and to 100 km/h 4.1 seconds. The top speed is 291 km/h.
